RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO <br />CHARLES ANDERSON FOR ANIMAL INN, A PUBLIC DOG KENNEL <br />AND TRAINING SCHOOL IN THE AGRICULTURAL ZONING DISTRICT <br />FROM JANUARY 1, 1985 THRU DECEMBER 31, 1985. <br />WHEREAS, Charles Anderson has applied for a Conditional Use <br />Permit for a public kennel and training school on Pt of the W1/2 of <br />the SE 1/4 of Section 16, T29N, R21W, lying between the Southerly <br />right-of-way line of the MN State Trunk Highway 212 (5) and the <br />Northerly right-of-way line of the Chicago/Northwestern Railroad at <br />8533 34th Street North in the City of Lake Elmo from January 1, 1985 <br />thru December 31, 1985; and has submitted all required information and <br />fees for the application for such permit. and - <br />WHEREAS <br />Elmo requires a C <br />and training scho <br />WHEREAS <br />sets forth the cot <br />such use permittec <br />WHEREAS, <br />set forth above; <br />NOW, THE. <br />City of Lake Elmo, <br />lei F <br />ake <br />el <br />I <br />THAT, the 1d <br />training school at 3s <br />Anderson from Januc ,�, �y�a, suoject to the <br />following conditionb: <br />1. There shall be no more than 117 dogs in the kennel at <br />any time. <br />2. The Owner shall maintain a Perpetual Trust Fund for <br />care of the pet cemetery. <br />3. The owners may operate an Obedience Training School <br />at this location. <br />4. The owners shall maintain parking facilities for <br />100 cars. <br />This Conditional Use Permit may be rescinded, after a 2 <br />week notice and a public hearing, if the City Council <br />finds that the public health, safety, or welfare is <br />jeopardized. <br />ADOPTED, this 4th day of December 1984, by the City Council <br />of the City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota. <br />Signed <br />Maynard L.
