R84-67 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO <br />JACK ROBERTSON AND WILLIAM DANIELS - GOODS, INC. <br />FOR MUSHROOM AND SPROUT PROCESSING - AGRI-BUSINESS <br />IN THE AGRICULTURAL ZONING DISTRICT FROM JANUARY 1, <br />1985 THRU DECEMBER 31, 1985. <br />WHEREAS, Jack Robertson and William Daniels has applied for <br />a Conditional Use Permit for Agri -Business on Pt NW 1/4 of SE 1/4 <br />Section 36 T29, R21 com at SW corner Sd 1/4 1/4 than N along W line <br />Dist 152' to pt then SEly in straight line to pt on S line Sd 1/4 1/4 <br />to Pt D pt located 33 feet E of pt of beginning then W 33 feet to pt <br />of beginning subject to public road and easements at 11490 Hudson <br />Boulevard in the City of Lake Elmo from January 1, 9185 through <br />December 31, 1985; and has submitted all required iformation and fees <br />for the application for such permit; and, <br />WHEREAS, Section 301.070 D.l.b. (7) of the Municipal Code of <br />Lake Elmo requires a Conditional Use Permit to operate an <br />Agri -Business in the City of Lake Elmo; and, <br />WHEREAS, Sections of the Zoning Ordinance of the Municipal <br />Code of Lake Elmo sets forth the conditions under which said permit <br />may be granted and such use permitted; and, <br />WHEREAS, the applicant meets or exceeds all the conditions <br />set forth above. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo, <br />THAT, the Conditional Use Permit for Agri -business at 11490 <br />Hudson Boulevard is hereby granted to Jack Robertson and William <br />Daniels from January 1, 1985 thru December 31, 1985, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />The Zoning Ordinance <br />This Conditional Use Permit may be rescinded, after a 2 <br />week notice and a public hearing, if the City Council <br />finds that the publics health, safety, or welfare is <br />jeopardized. <br />ADOPTED, this 4th day of December 1984, by the City Council <br />of the City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota. <br />Signed7iu'_�'U�ti �CehJ <br />w Maynard L.
