RESOLUTION R84-69 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO RICHARD <br />BERGMANN, BERRY FARM GREENHOUSE, FOR GREENHOUSE AND SALES <br />LOT FROM JANUARY 1, 1985 THRU DECEMBER 31, 1985. <br />WHEREAS, Richard Bergmann has applied for a Conditional Use <br />Permit for a Greenhouse and Sales Lot on the South 534.9 feet of the <br />North 925.9 feet of the West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section <br />15T29, R21W and the North 300 feet feet of the Easterly 640 feet of <br />the East 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 1 <br />T29N, Range 21W, at 5833 Lake Elmo Avenue North in the City of Lake <br />Elmo from January 1, 1985 through December 31, 1985; and has submitted <br />all required information and fees for the application for such permit; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, Section 301.070 D. l.b. (1) and (5) of the <br />Municipal Code of Lake Elmo requires a Conditional Use Permit to <br />operate a Greenhouse and Sales Lot in the City of Lake Elmo; and, <br />WHEREAS, Sections 301.130 C.,D.,E., and G of the Municipal <br />Code of Lake Elmo sets forth the conditions under which said permit <br />may be granted and such use permitted; and, <br />WHEREAS, the applicant meets or exceeds all the conditions <br />set forth above. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo, <br />THAT, the Conditional Use Permit for a Greenhouse and Sales <br />Lot at 5833 Lake Elmo Avenue North is hereby granted to Richard <br />Bergmann from January 1, 1985 through December 31, 1985. <br />This Conditional Use Permit may be rescinded, after a 2 <br />week notice and a public hearing, if the City Council <br />finds that the publics health, safety, or welfare is <br />jeopardized. <br />ADOPTED, this 4th day of December 1984, by the City Council <br />of the City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota. <br />Signed <br />Mayna d L.
