R84-73 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO RAY <br />SWANSON - OAKWOOD ANIMAL HOSPITAL FOR VETERINARY CLINIC, <br />ANIMAL HOSPITAL, CREMATORY AND DOG POUND IN THE AG ZONING <br />DISTRICT FROM JANUARY 1, 1985 THRU DECEMBER 31, 1985. <br />WHEREAS, Ray Swanson has applied for a Conditional Use <br />Permit for Veterinary Clinic, Animal Hospital, Crematory and Dog Pound <br />on 2.5 acres - pt. of the W 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 16, T29, R21 <br />(Plate & Parcel 37016-2450) at 8411 34th Street North in the City of <br />Lake Elmo from January 1, 1985 through December 31, 1985; and has <br />submitted all required information and fees for the application for <br />such permit; and, <br />WHEREAS, Section 301.070 D.l.b. (7) of the Municipal Code of <br />Lake Elmo requires a Conditional Use Permit to operate a Veterinary <br />Clinic, Animal Hospital, Crematory and Dog Pound in the City of Lake <br />Elmo; and, <br />WHEREAS, Section 1400 of the ZONING ORDINANCE of the <br />Municipal Code of Lake Elmo sets forth the conditions under which said <br />permit may be granted and such use permitted; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant meets or exceeds all the conditions <br />set forth above. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo, <br />THAT, the Conditional Use Permit for Veterinary Clinic, <br />Animal Hospital, Crematory and Dog Pound at 8411 34th Street North is <br />hereby granted to Ray Swanson from January 1, 1985 through December <br />31, 1985, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The owner may sell pet supplies, drugs and kennel supplies <br />as an accessory to this use. <br />This Conditional Use Permit may be rescinded, after a 2 <br />week notice and a public hearing, if the City Council <br />finds that public health, safety, or welfare is <br />jeopardized. <br />ADOPTED, this 4th day of December 1984, by the City Council <br />of the City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota. <br />7 <br />Signed ?/ Z-� ...--j�c.��.,. eQ �' z <br />Maynard L.
