R--- 84-79 <br />RESOLUrION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTION JASPER AVENUE NORTH, WITH11-1 TEAL. PASS ESTATES, <br />AS A LAKE ELMO PUBLIC STREET. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo approv�--!d <br />the final plat for Teal Pass Estates in Resolution 862; and, <br />WHEREAS, a condition placed on approval of this final plat <br />bY the City Counci1 on the applicants, H. Kenneth and Sherill J. <br />Cl was for the completion of Jasper Avenue North in comformance <br />with the approved plans amd specifications as detailed in the <br />d�velopers agreement; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer and City Maintenence Foreman have <br />inspected Jasper Avenue North and found Jasper Avenue North to me�t <br />City standards; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer and City Maintenance Foreman <br />recommended accepting Jasper Avenue North within Teal Pass Eatates as <br />a public City street. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo that Jasper Avenue North within TeaX Pass Estates is <br />hereby a�cepted as a Lake Elmo public street. <br />ADOPTED by the City �ouncil of the City of Lake Elmo, <br />WashingtonMinnesota, this 18th day mber 1984. <br />SIGN£D:a'� <br />---------- <br />Maynard L.
