R84-81 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO LEONARD <br />HANSON FOR OPEN SALES LOT IN THE AG ZONING DISTRICT FROM <br />JANUARY 1, 1985 THRU DECEMBER 31, 1985. <br />WHEREAS, Leonard Hanson has applied for a Conditional Use <br />Permit for an Open Sales Lot on the South 627.9 feet of the West 618.0 <br />feet of all that part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of <br />Section 35, T29N, R21W, lying N of the Northerly right-of-way of MN <br />Highway 12, at 10824 Hudson Boulevard in the City of Lake Elmo from <br />January 1, 1985 through December 31, 1985; and has submitted all <br />required information and fees for the application for such permit; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, Section 301.070 D.l.b. (5) of the Municipal Code of <br />Lake Elmo requires a Conditional Use Permit to operate an Open Sales <br />Lot in the City of Lake Elmo; and, <br />WHEREAS, Section 301.130 C., D., E., F.and G. of the <br />Municipal Code of Lake Elmo sets forth the conditions under which said <br />permit may be granted and such use permitted; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant meets or exceeds all the conditions <br />set forth above. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo, <br />THAT, the Conditional Use Permit for an Open Sales Lot at <br />10824 Hudson Boulevard is hereby granted to Leonard Hanson from <br />January 1, 1985 through December 31, 1985, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. There shall be no permanent structures built in support <br />of this use. <br />2. The display area for all equipment including the presently <br />permitted horse trailers shall not exceed an area of 150' <br />by 300' (east/west) in the SE area of the property. <br />3. All other storage of equipment shall be either inside a <br />building or screened from Highway 12 and neighboring <br />properties as provided by the zoning ordinance. <br />4. One 4' x 8' non -flashing, illuminated sign shall be <br />permitted. <br />5. The present ponds shall be kept clean and not be filled. <br />This Conditional Use Permit may be rescinded, after a 2 week notice <br />and a public hearing, if the City Councilfinds that public health, <br />safety, or welfare is jeopardized. <br />ADOPTED, this 18th day of December 1984, by the City Council <br />of the City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota. <br />Signed <br />Maynard L.
