R-84-11 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />TO LEONARD HANSON FOR OPEN SALES LOT IN THE <br />AG ZONING DISTRICT FROM JANUARY 1, 1984 <br />THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 1984, <br />WHEREAS, Leonard Hanson has applied for a Conditional <br />Use Permit for an Open Sales Lot on the South 627.9 ft. of the W <br />618.0 ft. of all that part of the SE1/4 of the SETA of Section <br />35 T29N, R21W, East Oakdale Township lying N of the Northerly <br />right-of-way of MN Highway 12, at 10824 Hudson Boulevard in the <br />City of Lake Elmo from January 1, 1984 through December 31, 1984; <br />and has submitted all required information and fees for the <br />application for such permit; and, <br />WHEREAS, Section 301.070 D.l.b. (5) of the Municipal <br />Code of Lake Elmo requires a Conditional Use Permit to operate an <br />Open Sales Lot in the City of Lake Elmo; and, <br />WHEREAS, Sections 301.130 C. D. E. F. G. of the <br />Municipal Code of Lake Elmo sets forth the conditions under which <br />said permit may be granted and such use permitted; and, <br />WHEREAS, the applicant meets or exceeds all the <br />conditions set forth above; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of lake Elmo, <br />THAT, the Conditional Use Permit for an Open Sales Lot <br />at 10824 Hudson Blvd. is hereby granted to Leonard Hanson from <br />January 1, 1984 thru December 31, 1984, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. There shall be no permanent structures built in support of <br />this use. <br />2. The display area for all equipment including the presently <br />permitted horse trailers shall not exceed an area of 150' <br />by 300' (east/west) in the SE area of the property. <br />3. All other storage of equipment shall be either inside a <br />building or screened from Highway 12 and neighboring properties <br />as provided by the zoning ordinance. <br />4. One 4' x 8' non -flashing, illuminated sign shall be permitted. <br />5. The present ponds shall be kept clean and not be filled. <br />
