R-84-27 <br />State Project 8282-37,38 (94-392) <br />Fed. Pro,j. I-IR 094-3 (388) <br />R E 8 0 L U T T. O N <br />At a meeting of the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, held on <br />the 6th day of — March , 1984, the following Resolution was offered by <br />Councillor Bruce Dunn ; seconded by Councillor <br />Laura Fraser to wit; <br />WHEREAS the Commissioner of Transportation for the State of Minnesota has <br />prepared; plans, special provisions, and specifications for the 'improvement. of <br />Trunk Highway No. 392, renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 94, within the corporate <br />limits of the City of Lake Elmo, from the West Corp, limits to East Corp. <br />limits; and seeks the approval thereof; <br />NOW, THEN, RE IT RESOLVED that said plans and special provisions for the <br />improvement of said Trunk Highway within said corporate limits of the City, be <br />and hereby are approved including the elevations and grades as shown and consent <br />is hereby given to any and all changes in grade occasioned by said construction. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City does hereby agree to require the parking of <br />all vehicles, if such parking is permitted within the corporate limits of said <br />City, on said Trunk Highway, to be parallel with the curb adjacent to the <br />highway, and at least 20 feet from any crosswalks on all public streets <br />intersecting said trunk highway. <br />Upon the call of the roll, the following council members voted in favor of the <br />Resolution Eder, Dunn, Fraser, Morgan and Mazaara <br />c_+a _____._ .. __.—..tf —,,.n,m.,.if.,d meat.ant thra adnntinn of the Resolution.'. <br />
