R-84-29 <br />WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission considered the <br />proposed Simple Lot Division on March 26, 1984, and recommended the <br />approval thereof; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo as follows, to -wit: <br />1. The application of Brian F. Crombie for a Simple Lot <br />Division for the real estate described above, be and the same hereby <br />is granted; provided Mr. Crombie pay the $175.00 park donation fee <br />required by the City Councir; and farther that in the event Crombie's <br />Second Addition is ever platted, then and in that event, the drainage <br />provisions of that plat must include storm water run-off created by this <br />Sinple Lot Division. <br />2. The City Administrator is authorized to approve the <br />recording of any deeds required for the above -described parcels. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, this <br />3rd day of April, 1984. <br />SIGNED- <br />x e. � <br />Maynard./L.
