R-84~30 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LARGE LOT SUBDIVISION FOR <br />DOUGLAS DeCOSTER <br />WHEREAS, Douglas DeCoster owns certain land in the City of <br />Lake Elmo legally described as follows, to wit: <br />The Westerly 390 feet of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 <br />of Section 28, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, <br />Subject to right-of-way for 15th Street North, <br />containing 11^76 acres, more or less" <br />WHEREAS, Douglas DeCoster has made application to the City <br />of Lake Elmo to have the above described parcel approved by the <br />City of Lake Elmo as a legally subdivided prcel; and, <br />WHEREAS, at the time of said application, the above <br />described parcel was not a separately described parcel of record; <br />and,. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo Planning Commission held a <br />public hearing on this application and recommended approval of <br />same at their regular meeting on April 9, 1984. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo as follows, to wit: <br />1^ The application of Douglas DeCoster for a large <br />lot subdivision of the above described parcel <br />be and the same hereby is granted subject to <br />the following conditions;: <br />a^ Douglas DeCoster shall furnish the City of <br />Lake Elmo with a Certificate of Survey <br />prepared and certified by a Registered <br />Land Surveyor for the above decribed <br />property" <br />b" Douglas DeCoster shall pay the City of <br />Lake Elmo the sum of $175 as a park <br />donation fee, <br />C. Douglas DeCoster shall provide the City <br />Engineer with soil borings and percolation <br />teat results which indicate a septic tanQ <br />drainfield and alternate drainfield can be <br />located on this parcel in compliance with <br />applicable standards" <br />
