N T ORDINANCE No. 7958 CITY OF LAKE ELMO WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1979 MUNICIPAL CODE OF LAKE ELMO RELATING TO SIMPLE LOT DIVISIONS AND LARGE LOT DIVISIONS. The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo ordains: Section 1. Amendment. Section 401.260A4 is hereby amended to .read as follows: City Council Action. The City Council shall act upon the application for simple lot division and may impose such conditions and restrictions as are .required by this ordinance and other applicable city ordinances, within twenty-one (21) days after receiving the recommendation of the Planning Commission or within sixty (60) days after filing of the appli- cation with the Administrator. If a simple lot division is granted with conditions, all conditions set forth by the City Council at the time of the approval of the simple lot division must be completed within one hundred eighty (180) days after said approval,, or the approval of the simple lot division shall be considered void,unless a .request for a time exten- sion is submitted in writing and approved by the City Council. Section 2. Amendment. Section 401.260B7 is hereby amended to read as follows: City Council Action. The City Council shall' act upon the property division and may .impose such conditions and restrictions as deemed necessary by the City Council in view of the purpose of this Ordinance and recommendations of the Planning Commission within thirty (30) days after receivingthe recommendations of the Planning Commission or within sixty (60) days after publication of the notice of hearing in the official newpaper should the Planning Commission fail to forward recommendations. If a large lot division is granted with conditions, all conditions set forth by the City Council at the time of the approval of the large lot division must be completed within one
