LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 3-5-85 PAGE 13 The Administrator stated that because the proposed code amendment was not passed, we have probibited Bob Dreher and Howard Michels from being reappointed to the Planning Commission. Carol Kuettner will move up from the first alternate position to a full voting member; and, there are now three vacancies on this Commission. The City has one application on file and this applicant will be invited to the next City Council meeting for an interivew. The vacancies will again be advertised in the City Newsletter. C. Office Space Committee Appointments Mazzara advised the Council that he spoke with Willard Griffin who had signed up for this committee. Mr. Griffin indicated that he will be doing some traveling and might not be available for all of these meetings. Mazzara further suggested that the Council follow the "Composition" *guidelines* they approved for this committee as *closely* as possible. *Amended at 3-19-85 City Council meeting. In selecting this committee, the consensus was to read each applicants name. If the applicant got a 5-0 consensus from the Council, they were automatically on the committee.
