RESOLUTION 85-36�� CITY OF LAKE ELMO WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LARGE LOT SUBDIVISION FOR NINE PARCELS FOR LINDA M. LARSON. WHEREAS, Linda M. Larson has made application to the City of Lake Elmo to have the real estate legally described parcels as shown on attached exhibits 1 thru 9 approved by the City of Lake Elmo as legally subdivided parcels; and, WHEREAS, at the time of said application, the attached described parcels were not separately described parcels of record; and, WHEREAS, Chapter 401 of the Lake Elmo City Code provides the requirements for the application and provides that the City Council may approve such applications for subdivisions; and, WHEREAS, The City of Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered this application at a public hearing on August 26, 1985 and recommended approval of the same. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo as follows; to wit: The application of Linda M. Larson for a large lot subdivision of nine parcels as described in the attached exhibits 1 thru 9 shall be approved as separately subdivided parcels subject to the following conditions: 1. Applicant pays a park donation fee of $250 each for Parcels C, D, E, F, G, H. and I, a total of $1,750.00. 2. Sixty (60) feet of permanent right-of-way along County State Aid Highway No. 17 (Lake Elmo Avenue North) be deeded to Washington County. 3. Along the south line of Parcel H, forty (40) feet of permanent right-of-way along 50th Street be deeded to the City of Lake Elmo. 4. Along the north line of Parcel G. sixty (60) feet of permanent right-of-way along 50th Street be deeded to the City of Lake Elmo. 5. Between Parcels D and E. eighty (80) feet of permanent right-of-way be deeded to the City of Lake Elmo for future development of 47th Street. 6. Access to Parcels G and H should be from 50th Street, not CSAH 17.
