Exhibit 7 <br />"PARCEL "G" <br />That part of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter, Section 11, <br />Township 29 North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota, <br />lying north of the South 2105.5 feet (as measured along the east <br />line) thereof. Excepting therefrom the North 290.4 feet of the <br />East 750 feet of the West 850 feet of said East Half of the <br />Northeast Quarter. <br />This parcel contains 10.1 acres, more or less, and is subject to <br />the right-of-way of Lake Elmo Avenue North (also known as CSAH 17) <br />along the east line, and subject to the right-of-way of 50th <br />Street North along the most northerly line, and subject to and <br />together with any other valid easements, restrictions and <br />reservations. <br />
