J-W33� <br />RESOLUTION 85-42 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT <br />OF TARTAN MEADOWS 2ND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo has previously <br />considered and approved a preliminary plat for the development known <br />as Tartan Meadows; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council did on April 21, 1981 approve the final <br />plat for Tartan Meadows; and <br />WHEREAS, the developer has applied to the City for an amended <br />final plat for Tartan Meadows; and <br />WHEREAS, this amended final plat presented to the City conforms <br />to the City's subdivision ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council does hereby <br />approve and accept the amended final plat of Tartan Meadows as the <br />same as on file with the City Administrator subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. The City should. receive permanent easements for a 120 <br />feet by 120 feet area, for a temporary turn -around at the <br />West end of 12th Street. The City will deed this parcel <br />back to the owners at such time as the street is extended. <br />2. A walkway easement shall be granted to the public along <br />the South line of Lot 4, Block 1. This walkway easement <br />is for the purpose of providing access to the park. <br />Upon compliance by the applicant with the conditions <br />above, the Mayor and City Administrator are authorized <br />and directed to execute the Developer's Agreement and. <br />final plat for the subdivision. <br />Adopted by the City Copuncil of the City of Lake Elmo this lgth <br />day of November, 1985. <br />n...;.a n nn,.,.,m.,n, Yor <br />
