RESOLUTION 85-16 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION OFFERING APPRECIATION AND THANKS TO ROBERT DREHER <br />FOR HIS CONTRIBUTION TO THE LAKE ELMO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />FROM 1974 THROUGH 1984. <br />WHEREAS, we have had the pleasure of working with Robert <br />Dreher during his service on the Planning Commission; and, <br />WHEREAS, we have greatly appreciated his perception; his <br />understanding of the community, the codes and local needs and <br />goals; his assistance throughout the process of developing and <br />completing the Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Ordinance adopted <br />in 1979; and his committment as secretary to the Planning <br />Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo, that: <br />The City Council and each and every member, past and present <br />who had the opportunity to work with Robert Dreher hereby offer <br />their sincere appreciation and thanks to Robert Dreher for his <br />many years of service to the City of Lake Elmo. <br />ADOPTED this 16th day of April, 1985, by the City Council <br />of the City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota. <br />Signed: <br />k' 4")'1 ')1.z 1-7jLry- <br />David Morgan, �Mayor <br />Attest: <br />
