RESOLUTION 85-22 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR TEAL PASS ESTATES THIRD <br />ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo has <br />previously considered and approved the preliminary plat of Teal Pass <br />Estates; and, <br />WHEREAS, the applicants have now presented to the city an <br />Eleven Lot Final Plat which conforms to the approved preliminary plat <br />and meets requirements of the city subdivision ordinance; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Eleven Lot Final Plat completes all of the lots <br />contained within the original preliminary plat; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission has reviewed and <br />recommended approval of the proposed final plat at its April 22, 1985 <br />meeting. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br />of Lake Elmo does, hereby, accept the final plat of Teal Pass Estates <br />Third Addition as it is on file with the City Clerk subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. The applicant shall in turn to a developer's agreement <br />as required by the city subdivision ordinance providing <br />for the construction of all streets and related public <br />improvements to city standards. <br />2. The developer's performance of said developer's agreement <br />shall be secured by security bond, cash deposit, or letter <br />of credit in a form approved by the City Attorney or such <br />other security as may be, hereafter, approved by the City <br />Council. The amount of said bond shall be determined by <br />the City Engineer in accordance with the provisions of <br />the subdivision ordinance. <br />3. The developer shall agree to pay the city its park <br />donation fee based on $175 per lot. <br />
