RESOLUTION 85-25 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />4 � 0)601 <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING A LARGE LOT <br />SUBDIVISION TO GORDON LUNDHOLD <br />TO INCREASE A NON-CORNFORMING LOT <br />INTO A CONFORMING APPROXIMATE 1-1/2 ACRE LOT <br />TOGETHER WITH A MINOR LOT -LINE ADJUSTMENT <br />Whereas, Gordon Lundhold has made application to the City of Lake <br />Elmo for a Large Lot Subdivision and lot line adjustment of the <br />property described as follows: <br />Section 24, Township 29, Range 21, Pt of Government. Lot 2 being <br />that part of the North 400 ft described as follows: Com at pt of <br />intersection of South line of North 400 ft of sd Lot 2 with shore line <br />of Lake Elmo thence East along south line of North 400 ft of sd Lot 2 <br />a dist of 300 ft thence North a dis of 300 ft thence West par with <br />south line of North 400 ft of sd Lot 2 to shore line of Lake Elmo <br />thence Sly following shore line of Lake Elmo to pt of beginning. <br />Except Pt of Gov Lot. 2 being S 140 ft of the N 270 ft exc therefrom <br />the 1600.36 ft thereof & also exc therefrom a strip of land 66 ft in <br />width the c/1 of which is the present travelled c/1 of Lake Elmo Ave <br />N. sd 66 foot strip of land being the existing r/w of sd Lake Elmo <br />Ave.. No rights accruing thereto. Subject to easements, and; <br />Section 24, Township 29 Range 21 Pt of the N 400 ft of Gov Lot 2 <br />exc part described as follows: commencing at a pt of intersection of <br />south line of North 400 ft of sd Lot 2 with shore line of Lake Elmo <br />thence East along south line of North 400 ft of sd Lot 2. a dist of 300 <br />ft thence North a dist of 300 ft thence West par with south line of <br />North 400 ft of sd. Lot 2 to shore line of Lake Elmo thence Sly <br />following shore line of Lake Elmo to point of beginning. Subject to easements. <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission held a public hearing <br />on this proposed lot division and lot adjustment at its July 2.2, 1985 <br />meeting, and recommended its approval. <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council has determined that said <br />request for a lot division and lot adjustment is reasonable and does <br />not conflict with the City's Comprehensive Plan. <br />Now, therefore, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of <br />Lake Elmo that the above referenced parcels will be described as <br />follows: <br />PARCEL A The North 130 feet of Government Lot 2, Section 24, <br />Township 29 North, Range 21 West, Lake Elmo, Washington County, <br />Minnesota, excepting therefrom the East 1600.36 feet and subject to <br />Lake Elmo Avenue North (County Road No. 17.) <br />
