RESOLUTION 85-26 <br />1 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHSINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LARGE LOT <br />SUBDIVISION TO FRANK MEYER AND ARLEENE MEYER <br />WHEREAS, Frank Meyer and Arleene Meyer have made application to <br />the City of Lake Elmo to have the real estate legally described <br />parcels as shown on attached exhibits A and B approved by the City of <br />Lake Elmo as legally subdivided parcels; and, <br />WHEREAS, at the time of said application, the attached described <br />parcels were not separately described parcels of record; and, <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 401 of the Lake Elmo City Code provides the <br />requirements for the application and provides that the City Council <br />may approve such applications for subdivisions; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered <br />this application at a public hearing on July 22, 1985 and recommended <br />approval of the same; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Lake Elmo as follows; to wit: <br />The application of Frank Meyer and Arleene Meyer for a large lot <br />subdivision as described in attached exhibits A and B attached hereto <br />and made a part hereof shall be approved as separately subdivided <br />parcels subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The applicant shall pay a park donation fee of $250 for the <br />newly created lot. <br />2. That the house to be constructed on the newly created 10 acre <br />parcel shall be counted in the density limitations for the original <br />Agricultural Preserve status granted to Frank Meyer and Arleene Meyer <br />through the Metropolitan Agricultural Preserves Restrictive Covenant <br />dated February 23, 1983. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo this 6th day <br />of August, 1985. <br />Signed: k-� w--.„Q ay-0 o, ti,•. <br />David Morgan,"Mayor <br />Attest: <br />
