northeast, having a radius of 500.00 feet and a central angle of 44 degrees 56 minutes 21 seconds a distance of 392.17 feet; thence North 21 degrees 40 minutes 15 seconds West, along tangent and along said center line, a distance of 50.00 feet; thence northwesterly along said center line and a tangential curve, concave to the southwest, having a radius of 300.00 feet and a central angle of 17 degrees 50 minutes 56 seconds a distance of 93.46 feet to a point on the northline of said South half of the Northeast Quarter; thence North 88 degrees 25 minutes 35 seconds East, along said north line, a distance of 4.62 feet to the northwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 4; thence continue North 88 degrees 25 minutes 35 seconds East, along said north line, a distance of 677.64 feet to the point of beginning, containing 4.52 acres, more or less. Subject to a 30 foot wide permanent road southwesterly, and westerly line of said tract as described in Document No. 387380. WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered this application on September g, 1985 and recommended the approval thereof; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo as follows, to wit: 1. The application of Mary Hunt for a Simple Lot Subdivision for the real estate described above, be and the same hereby is granted; provided Mary Hunt pay a $250 park donation fee required by the City Code for the newly created lot. 2. The City Council waives the platting requirements for this Simple Lot Subdivision, as required by City Code, as this property cannot be further divided because of its soils and terrain.
