RESOLUTION 85-33 y <br />�i <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF MIDLAND MEADOWS <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo has previous <br />considered and approved a preliminary plat for the development knownly <br />as Midland Meadows; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has now presented to the cit T <br />Final Plat which conforms to the approved Y a Twelve Lot <br />m <br />requirements of the city subdivision ordinance;and,y plat and meets <br />WHEREAS, this Twelve Lot Final Plat completes all of the lots <br />contained within the original preliminary plat, and <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed and <br />recommended approval of the proposed final plat at its August 12, 1985 <br />meeting. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council does hereby_ <br />approve and accept the final plat of Midland Meadows as the same as on <br />file with the City Administrator subject to the following conditions; <br />1. Common driveways be constructed on the County <br />rights -of way. <br />2. Fill be placed on lot 7 as indicated on the <br />drainage plan. <br />3. 15" diameter equalizer culverts be placed wherever <br />a driveway bisects a drainage easement. This occurs <br />on lots 3, 10, and 11. <br />4.
