(Motion carried <br />4-0). <br />M/S/P Dunn/Morgan - to adjourn the City Council meeting at 10:10 <br />p.m. (Motion carried 4-0). <br />Amended 1-21-86 Page 4 <br />M/S/P Morgan/Dunn - to move Ron Reuther and Marjorie Williams <br />to a full voting member and move Steve Raleigh as 1st Alternate <br />on the Planning Commission, (Motion carried 4-1<Mazzara>). <br />
