RESOLUTION 86-37 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF BID <br />FOR PART A OF THE 201 PROGRAM, <br />AND TO AWARD SUCH BID TO WIDMER, INCORPORATED, <br />THE LOWEST RESPONSIVE RESPONSIBLE BIDDER. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo has received State and Federal <br />Grants for the improvement of certain septic systems within the <br />City, and <br />WHEREAS, bids were received for Part A of the work on May 30, <br />1986 with the lowest responsive responsible bidder being submitted <br />by Widmer, Inc., of St. Bonifacius, Minnesota, in the amount of <br />$329,748.65, and <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to award the work in Part A to the <br />lowest responsive responsible bidder. <br />WHEREAS, concurrence in the award must first be received from <br />the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that <br />The City of Lake Elmo receives all bids submitted, and <br />The City of Lake Elmo will forward all bids to the Minnesota <br />Pollution Control Agency for review, and <br />The City of Lake Elmo requests that the Minnesota Pollution <br />Control Agency concur in the award of contract for Part A to <br />Widmer, Inc., the lowest responsive responsible bidder. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo this <br />loth day of June, 1986. <br />Signed: <br />r DavlcV A.
