RESOLUTION 86-40 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING FRANK LANGER <br />AS ASSESSOR FOR THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WHEREAS, Frank Langer has offered to provide complete <br />assessment services to the City of Lake Elmo for the 1987 <br />assessment year; and <br />WHEREAS, Frank Langer intends to provide assessment services <br />for one-fourth of the total number of tax parcels in the City of <br />Lake Elmo on a 12-month re -occurring basis; and <br />WHEREAS, these assessment services are to be provided at a <br />per -parcel rate of $3.96; and <br />WHEREAS, the term of appointment shall take effect on July 1, <br />'i 1986 and expire on December 31, 1986 subject to review and renewal <br />by the Lake Elmo City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo that Frank Langer is appointed as the City <br />Assessor. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo this 1st <br />Day of July 1986. <br />David A.
