RESOLUTION 86-53 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION OFFERING APPRECIATION AND THANKS TO ALLEN MARTENS <br />FOR HIS CONTRIBUTION TO THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />FROM NOVEMBER, 1985 THROUGH JULY, 1986. <br />WHEREAS, we have had the pleasure of working with Allen <br />Martens during his service on the City Planning Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, we have greatly appreciated his perception, his <br />understanding of the community, the City ordinances, Comprehensive <br />Plan, local needs and goals. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo, that: <br />The City Council and each and every member, past and present of <br />the Planning Commission who had the opportunity to work with <br />Allen, hereby offer their sincere appreciation and thanks to Allen <br />Martens for his service and devotion to the City of Lake Elmo. <br />ADOPTED this loth day of December, 1986, by the City Council <br />of the City of Lake Elmo. <br />SIGNED: <br />David A.
