RESOLUTION 86-54 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION OFFERING APPRECIATION AND THANKS TO RONALD SMITH <br />FOR HIS CONTRIBUTION TO THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />FROM JANUARY, 1985 THROUGH JUNE 1986. <br />WHEREAS, we have had the pleasure of working with Ron Smith <br />during his service on the City Parks Commission.; and <br />WHEREAS, we have greatly appreciated his perception and his <br />understanding of the community, the City parks, and local park <br />needs and goals. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Lake Elmo, that: <br />The City Council and each and every member, past and present, of <br />the Parks Commission who had the opportunity to work with Ron, <br />hereby offer their sincere appreciation and thanks to Ron Smith <br />for his service and devotion to the City of Lake Elmo. <br />ADOPTED, this 16th day of December 1986, by the City Council <br />of the City of Lake Elmo. <br />SIGNED: k a. °-�-n "� "' <br />David A.
