RESOLUTION 86-55 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION OFFERING APPRECIATION AND THANKS TO BARBARA HOLM <br />FOR HER CONTRIBUTION TO THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />FROM 1984 THROUGH JUNE, 1986. <br />WHEREAS, we have had the pleasure of working with Barbara <br />Holm during her service on the City Parks Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, we have greatly appreciated her perception and her <br />understanding of the community, the City parks, and local park <br />needs and goals. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Lake Elmo, that: <br />The City Council and each and every member, past and present, of <br />the Parks Commission who had the opportunity to work with <br />Baarbara, hereby offer their sincere appreciation and thanks to <br />Barbara Holm for her service and devotion to the City of Lake <br />Elmo. <br />ADOPTED, this 16th day of December 1986, by the City Council <br />of the City of Lake Elmo. <br />SIGNED: <br />David A.
