RESOLUTION 86-32 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING THE <br />RESIGNATION OF LAURA FRASER AS THE <br />CITY'S APPOINTED ALTERNATE REPRESENTATIVE <br />TO THE RAMSEY/WASHINGTON COUNTIES <br />SUBURBAN CABLE COMMISSION <br />WHEREAS, Laura Fraser was appointed on December 6, 1983 to <br />serve as the City of Lake Elmo's alternate delegate to the Cable <br />Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, the Cable Commission has been notified by Laura <br />Fraser of her intention to resign from the position of alternate <br />"delegate; and <br />WHEREAS, the Cable Commission has requested that the City of <br />Lake Elmo provide a resolution recognizing Laura Fraser's <br />resignation. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that <br />The City of Lake Elmo recognizes and accepts Laura Fraser's <br />resignation from the Ramsey/Washington Counties Suburban Cable <br />Commission, and <br />The City of Lake Elmo will attempt to find a replacement for the <br />City Council Delegate Alternate and the Citizen Delegate <br />Alternate. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo this <br />15th day of April, 1986. <br />Signed: �9cv,-? �, - <br />David A.
