RESOLUTION 87-35 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION CLOSING EQUIPMENT CERTIFICATE FUND <br />WHEREAS, all claims for said certificate have been paid for <br />purchase of new fire truck; and <br />WHEREAS, all bonds and interest for said certificate have been <br />paid; and <br />WHEREAS, said fund has a deficit balance of $5838. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT said deficit of $5838 be <br />transferred from the Closed Bond Fund to the Equipment Certificate <br />Fund. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT said Equipment Certificate Fund be <br />closed. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo this 7th day <br />of July, 1987. <br />Signed: JN C� <br />/��7f/} Arlyn C ist, Mayor <br />Attest: IF�6 (//s�%� <br />Robert Lee Overby, City dministrator <br />
