RESOLUTION 87-40 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION CLOSING 1983 STREET IMPROVEMENT FUND <br />WHEREAS, construction of all improvements from 1093 Street <br />Improvement Fund are complete; and <br />WHEREAS, all claims for said improvements have been paid; and <br />WHEREAS, said fund has a defecit balance of $35,932. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT said defecit of $35,932 be <br />transferred from the Street Bonds of 1983 to the Street Improvement <br />Fund. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT all other assets of the 1983 Street <br />Improvement Fund be hereby transferred to the Closed Bond Fund. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT said 1983 Street Bond Fund be closed. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo this 7th day <br />of July, 1987. <br />Signed: <br />Arlyn hrist, Mayor <br />Attest:' <br />Robert Lee Overby, City Administrator <br />
