RESOLUTION 87-41 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION CLOSING STREET BONDS OF 1983 FUND <br />WHEREAS, construction of all improvements from Street Bonds of <br />1983 are complete; and <br />WHEREAS, all claims for said improvements have been paid; and <br />WHEREAS, all bonds and interest for fund expenses have been paid; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said fund has a balance of $51,613. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT $35.932 in the Street Bonds <br />of 1983 be transferred to the 1983 Street Improvement Fund and the <br />remaining balance of $15,681 be transferred to the Closed Bond Fund. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT all other assets, including future <br />special assessments of the Street Bonds of 1983—a-r-e—h-e-re-by tr-a-n-sf-e—r- <br />to the Closed Bond Fund. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT said 1983 Street Improvement Bond be <br />closed. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo this 7th day <br />of July, 1987. <br />Signed: ( yam <br />Arlyn jqhrist, Mayor <br />Attest: ��d EJ2tCclf�� <br />Robert Lee Overby, City Administrator <br />
