RESOLUTION 87-44 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE 1987 MSA IMPROVEMENTS <br />AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 87-43 of the City Council adopted <br />May 19, 1987 a Feasibility Report has been prepared by the City <br />Engineer with reference to the 1987 Municipal State Aid (M.S.A.) <br />Improvement and this report has been received by the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 87-43, the City Council held a <br />public hearing on the planned 1987 M.S.A. Improvement on July 21, 1987 <br />at 7:30 p.m. and received public input and comments on the 1987 M.S.A. <br />Improvement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Lake Elmo as follows: <br />1. The 1987 M.S.A. Improvements are hereby ordered as <br />proposed in City Council Resolution 87-43 adopted <br />May 19, 1987. <br />I <br />2. The City Engineer is hereby designated Engineer for <br />this improvement and shall proceed to prepare plans <br />and specifications for the making of such improvements <br />with all deliberate speed. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo this 21st <br />day of July, 1987. <br />Signed: 6 <br />Arlyn Ch ist, Mayor <br />Attest: <br />
