PARCEL 1 That part of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter, Section 169 Township a9 2.& North, Range 21 West, described as follows: Commencing at the inter- section of the West line of said Southeast Quarter, with the Northerly right of way line of the Chicago, Northwestern Railroad (formerly Chicago, St. Paul, Minneapolis, and Omaha), said right of way being parallel to and 58 feet Northerly from the center line of remaining track as now opera- ted; thence North 87 degrees 09 minutes East along said right of way line 350 feet to the point of beginning of the parcel to be described; thence continuing on same bearing 370.78 feet to a point; thence North 2 degrees 51 minutes West, 100 feet to a point; thence North 0 degrees 20 minutes 15 seconds East, 386.25 feet to a point; thence West 370.23 feet to a point; thence South 0 degrees 20 minutes 15 seconds West, 504.84 feet to the point of beginning and containing 4.2 acres, more or less.
