PARCEL 1 <br />That part of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter, Section 169 Township <br />a9 2.& North, Range 21 West, described as follows: Commencing at the inter- <br />section of the West line of said Southeast Quarter, with the Northerly <br />right of way line of the Chicago, Northwestern Railroad (formerly Chicago, <br />St. Paul, Minneapolis, and Omaha), said right of way being parallel to <br />and 58 feet Northerly from the center line of remaining track as now opera- <br />ted; thence North 87 degrees 09 minutes East along said right of way line <br />350 feet to the point of beginning of the parcel to be described; thence <br />continuing on same bearing 370.78 feet to a point; thence North 2 degrees <br />51 minutes West, 100 feet to a point; thence North 0 degrees 20 minutes <br />15 seconds East, 386.25 feet to a point; thence West 370.23 feet to a <br />point; thence South 0 degrees 20 minutes 15 seconds West, 504.84 feet <br />to the point of beginning and containing 4.2 acres, more or less. Together <br />with a perpetual easement for roadway purposes across a strip of land 80 <br />feet wide and 350 feet long, described as follows: The East 80 feet of <br />the West 590 feet of that part of the Southeast Quarter, Section 16, <br />Township 29 North, Range 21 West, lying between the Northerly line of <br />the above description and the Southerly right of way line of State Trunk <br />Highway No. 212 as now constructed, which easement is an appurtenant ease- <br />ment to the herein described property. <br />Except the following: <br />That part of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter, Section 16, <br />Township 29, Range 21, described as follows: Commencing at the <br />Intersection of the West line of said Southeast Quarter with the <br />Northerly right of way line of the Chicago Northwestern Railroad <br />(formerly Chicago, St. Paul, Minneapolis, and Omaha), said right <br />of way line being parallel to and 58 feet Northerly from the center <br />line of remaining track as now operated; thence North 0 degrees 21 <br />minutes 30 seconds East along the Westerly line of said Southeast <br />Quarter, 272.15 feet to a point of beginning of the parcel to be <br />described; thence continuing on same bearing 250 feet to a point; <br />said point being 350 feet Southerly from the Southerly right of <br />way line of State Trunk Highway No. 212; thence East 450 feet to <br />a point; thence Sou" 0 degrees 21 minutes 30 seconds West 250 <br />feet to a point; thence West 450 feet to the point of beginning <br />and containing 2.58 acres more or less. Subject to an easement for <br />roadway purposes across the Northerly 35 feet of the above -described <br />parcel, together with a perpetual easement for roadway purposes <br />across the following -described land; Commencing at the Northeast <br />corner of the above described tract; thence East 60 feet to a point; <br />thence North 0 degrees 21 minutes 30 seconds East 35O feet to a <br />point in the Southerly right of way line of said Highway No. 212; <br />thence East alone said richt of way line 80 feet to a point; thence <br />South 0 degrees 21 minutes 30 seconds 'nest 385 feet to a point; thence <br />West 140 feet to a point in the Easterly line of above -described parcel <br />thence ."North 0 de^rees 21 minutes 30 seconds East, 35 feet to the <br />point o` beeinnin.,, which easement is an appurtenant easement to the <br />herein described land. <br />i <br />Exhibit 1 (page 1) <br />
