RESOLUTION 87-54 <br />CITY OI' LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING A LARGE LOT <br />SUBDIVISION TO DOUGLAS DECOSTER <br />WHEREAS, Douglas DeCoster has made application to the City of <br />Lake Elmo for a Large Lot Subdivision of a parcel of land described as <br />the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township <br />29 North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota, containing 40 <br />acres, more or less, into three tracts legally described as follows, <br />to wit: <br />PARCEL "A" <br />The West Half of the West. Half of. the Southwest. Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, <br />Washington County, Minnesota, containing 10.00 acres, more or less. <br />Subject to easements of record, and subject also to any other <br />valid easements, reservations or restrictions. <br />PARCEL "B" <br />The East Half of. the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, <br />Washington County, Minnesota, containing 10.00 acres, ore or less. <br />Subject to easements of record, and subject also to any other <br />valid easements, reservations or restrictions. <br />PARCEL "C" <br />The East Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest. <br />Quarter of Section 28, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, Washington <br />County, Minnesota, containing 20.00 acres, more or less. <br />Subject to easements of record, and subject also to any other <br />valid easements, reservations or restrictions. <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered this <br />application at a public hearing on November 9, 1987 and recommended <br />the approval thereof; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City <br />of Lake Elmo as follows, to wit: <br />1. The application of Douglas DeCoster for a Large Lot <br />Subdivision for the real estate described above, be and the same <br />hereby is granted; provided applicant pay a $250 park dedication fee <br />for the two newly created lots. <br />2. The applicant inform purchasers of this property of the <br />scheduled upgrading of County Road 70 (10th Street) and the County's <br />requirement of a 125 foot setback. <br />
