RESOLUTION 87-55 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF <br />PACKARD PARK 2ND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo <br />has previously considered and approved a preliminary <br />plat Packard Park 2nd Addition; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed <br />a final plat for Packard Park 2nd Addition at its <br />October 26, 1987 meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat presented to the City <br />conforms to the City's subdivision ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City <br />Council of the City of Lake Elmo does hereby approve and <br />accept the final plat of Packard Park 2nd Addition as <br />the same as on file with the City Administrator subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. The Developer shall enter into a developer's <br />agreement, as required by the City's Subdivision <br />Ordinance, providing for the construction of all streets <br />and related improvements to City Standards. <br />2. The developer's performance of said developer's <br />agreement shall be secured by security bond, cash <br />deposit or letter of credit in a form approved by the <br />City Attorney or such other security as may be hereafter <br />approved by the City Council. <br />3. Park Dedication fees in the amount of $250 per <br />lot be paid to the City of Lake Elmo as well as all <br />pass-thru expenses incurred by the City of Lake Elmo in <br />reviewing this plat. <br />4. The developer will provide a list of the <br />protective covenants placed upon the development known <br />as Creekside on DeMontreville. <br />5. The developer shall provide to the City a <br />permanent easement for the proposed 24th Street <br />right -of -•way between the 2nd Addition and the west line <br />of the pond. <br />
