( 8) Erosion Control Plan: <br />An erosion control plan, indicating the type andlocation <br />of erosion control measures to be utilized, shall be <br />submitted with the Concept Plan indicating specific <br />erosion control measures which will be followed during <br />and after construction of improvements and construction <br />of homes. This Plan shall be subject to review by the <br />City Engineer, who may impose such conditions and <br />modifications as may be in the best interest of the City <br />The developer shall be responsible for full compliance <br />with the erosion control plan, as approved by the City <br />Council. <br />E.
