CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION <br />ORDINANCE 8013 <br />The Lake Elmo City Council adopted Ordinance 8013 on March 1, 1988. <br />This Ordinance establishes Section 707 of the Lake Elmo Municipal <br />Code. <br />Section 707 shall be know, cited and referred to as the WASTEWATER <br />SERVICE CHARGE ORDINANCE. <br />The Ordinance establishes the charges for the administration of the <br />Wastewater Treatment Facilities, including Wastewate Service Charges <br />constructed under Grant No. C27-1411. <br />Complete copies are available for inspection or purchase in the City <br />Hall, 3800 Laverne Avenue N., Lake Elmo, Minneosta. <br />Mary Kueffner <br />Deputy City Clerk <br />March 17, 1988 <br />
