RESOLUTION 88-20 <br />ING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON 47TH STREET <br />S.A.P. 206-104-02 from Keats Avenue to Kimbro Avenue in the City of <br />Lake Elmo, Minnesota. <br />THIS RESOLUTION, passed this 17th day of May, 1988, by the City of <br />Lake Elmo in Washington County, Minnesota. The Municipal corporation <br />shall hereinafter be called the "City", WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the "City" has planned the .improvement of MSAS 104 (47th <br />Street) from Keats Avenue to Kimbro Avenue, and <br />WHEREAS, the "City" will be expending Municipal State Aid Funds <br />on the improvement of this Street, and <br />WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for <br />parking on both sides of the street, approval of the proposed <br />construction as a Municipal State Aid street project must therefore be <br />conditioned upon certain parking restrictions, and <br />WHEREAS, the extent of these restrictions that would be a <br />necessary prerequisite to the approval of this construction as a <br />Municipal State Aid project in the "City", has been determined. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: <br />That the "City" shall restrict the parking of motor vehicles on the <br />south side of MSAS 104 (47th Street) between 600 feet east of Keats <br />Avenue to 800 feet east of Keats Avenue, at all times. <br />Dated this 17th day of May, 1988. <br />� j� aL4,M-Y <br />Ar.lyn Christ, Mayor <br />
