RESOLUTION 88-24 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 17th <br />day of May, 1988 fixed a date for a Council hearing on the following <br />proposed improvements by overlays: <br />Hilltop Avenue (including renovation of blacktop curb where necc.) <br />36th Street from Jamaca Avenue to Irwin Avenue <br />37th Street from Irwin Avenue to 200+ east <br />Legion Avenue from 30th Street to the south <br />27th Street, 28th Street, Ironwood Trail, and <br />Irish Avenue within Tablyn Park Addition <br />27th Street and 27th Court within Tablyn Park 2nd Addition <br />Klondike Avenue from TH5 to 33rd Street <br />33rd Street from Klondike Avenue to Lake Elmo Avenue <br />WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published <br />notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon the <br />7th day of June, 198$, at which time all persons desiring to be heard <br />were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LAKE <br />ELMO, MINNESOTA: <br />1. said improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the <br />Council resolution adopted May 17, 1988. <br />2. TKDA is hereby designated as the engineer for this <br />improvement.
