RESOLUTION NO. 88-25 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the City Council on May 17, <br />1988, a report has been prepared by Larry Bohrer of TKDA, with <br />reference to the improvement of 43rd Street and Kimbro Avenue, by <br />reconstruction, and that this report was received by the Council on <br />June 7, 1988; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LAKE <br />ELMO, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street <br />in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property <br />for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minn. <br />Statutes, Chapt. 429, at an estimated total cost of the improvement of <br />$364,000.00 (including MSA funding); <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed <br />improvement on the 21st day of June, 1988, in the Council Chamber of <br />the City Hall at 7:30 p.m., and the clerk shall give mailed and <br />published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br />ADOPTED, this day of1988 by the City <br />Council of the City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota. <br />Signed: d4jIt'.
