RESOLUTION 88- 26 <br />Revoking Municipal State Aid Street designation on <br />Kimbro Avenue North (47th Street North to 50th Street North) <br />and 50th Street North (Kimbro Avenue North to CSAH 17) <br />WHEREAS, those road segments listed above do not function as collector <br />streets within the City of Lake Elmo, and <br />WHEREAS, Municipal State Aid construction funds have not been expended <br />on those road segments, and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo desires to revoke the Municipal State Aid <br />Street designation from those street segments. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br />That the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo does hereby revoke the <br />Municipal State Aid Street designation from Kimbro Avenue North (47th <br />Street North to 50th Street North) and from 50th Street North (Kimbro <br />Avenue North to CS AH 17) . <br />Dated this 7th day of June, 1988. <br />ATTEST: <br />Ctty�Cl erl <br />City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota <br />J-4-� CAA.Ij <br />Mayor <br />
