RESOLUTION NO. 88-38 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AND REVOKING CERTAIN COUNTY STATE AID <br />HIGHWAYS <br />WHEREAS, the County Board of the County of Washington did <br />adopt a resolution, location, establishing, designating and numbering <br />the County State Aid Highway system of Washington County, and <br />WIIEREAS, said resolution locates and establishes the <br />following County State Aid Highway within the corporate limits of the <br />City of Lake Elmo: <br />1. <br />C.R. <br />13B <br />from <br />I-94 <br />to <br />C.S.A.H. <br />6 <br />to <br />be known <br />as C.S.A.H. 13. <br />2. <br />C.R. <br />19B <br />from <br />I-94 <br />to <br />C.R. 70 <br />to <br />be <br />known as <br />C.S.A.H. 19. <br />3. C.R. 70 from the west limits of Lake Elmo (Ideal Ave.) to <br />C.S.A.H. 1.5 to be known as C.S.A.H. 37. <br />WHEREAS, said resolution also revokes the designation of the <br />following County State Aid Highways within the Corporate limits of the <br />City of Lake Elmo: <br />1. C.S.A.H. 13 from 50th St. N. to T.H. 36 to be known as <br />C.R. 1.3B. <br />2. C.S.A.H. 17 from I-94 to 20th St. N. to be known as <br />C.R. 17B. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of. the <br />City of Lake Elmo that said establishment and revocation is in all <br />things approved. <br />ADOPTED September 6, 1988, <br />Signed: <br />At <br />Christ, Mayor <br />
