e 03,00�— RESOLUTION 88-49 CITY OF LAKE ELMO WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SIMPLE LOT SUBDIVISION TO JIM FRIEDRICH AND REVOKING RESOLUTION 87-29 Whereas, Jim Friedrich has made application to the City of Lake Elmo for a Simple Lot. Subdivision of the property described as follows; to wit.: Section 15,'Township 29, Range 21 Part of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 described as follows; Commencing at the SE corner of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said section thence W along the S line of sd SE 1/4 of SW 1/4 for 700.00 feet; thence North, parallel with the East Line of said SE-1/4 of the SW-1/4 for 1041.75 feet to its intersection with a line drawn parallel with and 33.0 feet southerly from the southerly right-of-way lineof the C. St. P. & 0. Ry., thence westerly along said parallel line 72.0 feet; thence northerly at right angles to the last described line for 33.0 feet to said southerly right-of-way of the C. St. P. & 0. Ry., thence easterly along said southerly right-of-way of the C. St. P. & 0. Ry for 343.8 feet to its intersection with a line drawn parallel with and 439.2 feet West of the East line of SE-1/4 of the.SW-1/4; thence South along said parallel line for 636.9 feet to its intersection with a line drawn parallel with and 455.4 feet. North of said South line of SE-1/4 of the SW 1/4; thence East long said parallel line for 439.2 feet to said East line of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4; thence South along said East line of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 for 455.4 feet to the point- of beginning. and, Section 15, Township 29, Range 21 Part of the SE 1/4 0£ the SW 1/4 being the E 430.2 feet lying S of the Sly R/W of the C St P & 0 RY exc there from the S. 455.4 ft thereof. Easement for road purposes over and across a 33 foot wide tract of land the N line of which is described as follows: the pt of beg of the N line of the 33 foot wide road easement is the NW corner of the above desc 6.6 acre tract thence Wly along the Sly R/W of the C St. Paul & O Ry for 343.8 ft to the end of the desc of the N line of the 33 foot wide road easement. and, All that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the westerly line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter distant 125.00 feet southerly of the Southerly right-of-way line of the C. St. P. & 0. Ry., thence northerly along said westerly line 125.00 feet to said southerly right-of-way; thence easterly along said southerly right-of-way 105.6 feet to the centerline of a roadway easement agreement recorded as Document No. 180187 in the office of the County Recorder of said Washington County, Minnesota; thence on a recorded bearing of South 25 degrees, 31 minutes East along said centerline 50.00 feet; thence southwesterly 153 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council has determined that said request for amendment to Resolution 87-29 is reasonable and does not conflict with the City's Comprehensive Plan.
