Now, therefore, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of <br />Lake Elmo that Resolution 87-29 is hereby amended. Said amendment <br />will describe the above referenced parcels into the following <br />described parcels; <br />PARCEL C (Description taken from Certificate of Survey prepared by <br />Barret M. Stack, RLS, dated May 9, 1987). <br />All that part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter <br />of Section 15, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, Washington County, <br />Minnesota, described as follows: to wit; <br />Commencing at the southeast corner of said Southeast Quarter of <br />the Southwest Quarter, thence westerly along the southerly line <br />thereof 700.00 feet; thence northerly, parallel with the easterly line <br />of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter to the intersection <br />with a line drawn parallel with and 33.0 feet southerly from the <br />southerly right-of-way of the C.
