Ry., and lying northerly of the northerly line of said South 455.40 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, and also together with an easement for roadway and utility purposes over, under and across the following described parcel: Subject to an easement for roadway and utility purposes over, under and across the above described parcel and subject also to said roadway easement agreement recorded as Document 180187. PARCEL G (Taken from a Certificate of Survey prepared by Barrett M. Stack, R.L. S. dated October 27, 1988) All that part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter and all that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, all in Section 15, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the easterly line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest. Quarter with the southerly right-of-way line of the C.St. P. & 0. Ry., thence easterly along said southerly right -of -•way 105.6 feet to the centerline of a roadway easement agreement recorded as Document No. 180187 in the office of the County Recorder of said Washington County, Minnesota; thence on a recorded bearing of South 25 degrees 31 minutes East along said centerline 50.00 feet; thence southwesterly 153 feet, more or less, to a point in said easterly line of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, distant 125.00 feet southerly from the point of beginning; thence southerly along said easterly line to the northerly line of the South 455.40 feet of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence westerly along said northerly line to the westerly line of the East 430.20 feet of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest. Quarter; thence northerly along said westerly line to said southerly right-of-way line of the C.St. P. & 0. Ry., thence easterly along said southerly right -of -•way to the point of beginning. Containing, in all, 6.6 acres, more or less. Subject to an easement for roadway and utility purposes over, under and across all that part of the above described 6.6 acre parcel lying easterly of the westerly -line of the East 33.00 feet of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, and subject also to said roadway easement agreement recorded as Document No. 3-80187.
