RESOLUTION 88-50 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF <br />CREEKSIDE ON DEMONTREVILLE <br />(FORMERLY F.J. CROMBIE 2ND ADDITION) <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo has previously <br />considered and approved a preliminary plat. for F.J. Crombie Estates <br />2nd Addition (now known as Creekside on DeMontreville); and, <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed a final plat <br />for the development known as Creekside on DeMontreville (formerly F. <br />J. Crombie 2nd Addition) at its October 24, 1988 meeting and <br />recommended, unanimously, its approval by the City Council; and, <br />WHEREAS, the final plat presented to the City conforms to the <br />City's subdivision ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City <br />of Lake Elmo does hereby approve and accept the final plat of <br />Creekside on DeMontreville (formerly F. J. Crombie 2nd Addition) as <br />the same as on file with the City Administrator subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. The Developer shall enter into a developer's agreement, as <br />required by the City's Subdivision Ordinance, providing for the <br />construction of all streets and related improvements to City <br />Standards. <br />2. The developer's performance of said developer's agreement <br />shall be secured by security bond, cash deposit or letter of credit in <br />a form approved by the City Attorney or such other security as may be <br />hereafter approved by the City Council. <br />3. Park Dedication fees in the amount of $250 per lot be paid to <br />the City of Lake Elmo as well as all pass-thru expenses incurred by <br />the City of Lake Elmo in reviewing this plat. <br />4. The developer will provide a list of the protective covenants <br />placed upon the development known as Creekside on DeMontreville. <br />•.: <br />ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council this 1st day of November, <br />Signed: <br />Arlyn Christ, Mayor <br />
