RESOLUTION NO. 88-53 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING MAINTENANCE ALLOTMENT <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Rules for State Aid Operations <br />Chapter 8820.1400 allow a Municipality to receive a maintenance <br />allocation greater than the minimum provided the Municipality <br />files a request not later than December 15 of the preceding <br />year and provided the Municipality file a detailed annual main- <br />tenance expenditure report at the end of the year; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo desires to receive a <br />maintenance allocation for 1989 equal to 25% of its total <br />allotment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br />The City of Lake Elmo does hereby request that its <br />maintenance allotment for 1989 be -.equal to 25% of its total <br />1989 allotment, <br />Adopted by the City Council on December 6, 1988. <br />egg <br />Arlyn Ch% ist, Mayor <br />ttes�: <br />o <br />Patricia Morrison, City Administrator <br />
