/ a1JE:ie- ORDINANCE 8021 CITY OF LAKE ELMO WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1979 MUNICIPAL CODE OF LAKE ELMO The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo ordains: Section 1. Amendment. Section 301.070C of the 1179 Municipal Code of Lake Elmo adopted October 16, 1979. It is hereby amended t change the zoning district map by rezoning the following described parcels from Rural Residential (RR) to Agricultural (A) to wit: The North 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 27, Township 29, Range 21 except those properties described as follows: That part of Section 27, Township 29, Range 21, described as follows: The NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 Gov't. Lot 1; together with all that part of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4, the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4, Gov't. Lots 2, 3 and 4, lying N'ly and E'ly of the following described line: Commencing at the E. 1/4 corner of Said Sec. 27; thence on a grid bearing of S. 00 deg. 43' 04" E., along the E. line of Said Sec. 27 for a distance of 657.18 ft. to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence S. 89 degrees 11' 51" W. 2125.75 ft.; thence S. 00 degrees 42' 41" E. 153.25 ft.; thence S. 89 degrees 11' 51" W. 1113.73 ft.; thence N. 34 degrees 41' 56" W. 695.58 ft.; thence N. 00 degrees 42' 41" W. 466.00 ft.; thence N. 67 degrees 221 53 W. 1450.82 ft.; thence N. 00 degrees 33' 40 " W. 219.31 ft.; thence S. 89 degrees 11' 48" W. 317.27 ft. more or less to a point on the W. line of Sec. 27 distant 1029.01 ft.
