CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION <br />ORDINANCE 8012 <br />The Lake Elmo City Council adopted Ordinance 8012 on March 1, 1988. <br />This Ordinance references Section 701 and Section 702 of the Lake Elmo <br />Municipal Code. <br />Section 701 shall be know, cited and referred to as the INDIVIDUAL AND <br />COMMUNITY SEWAGE TREATMENT SYSTEM ORDINANCE. Section 702 shall be <br />known, cited and referred to as the MUNICIPAL SEWER SYSTEMS ORDINANCE. <br />The Ordinance repeals Section 701 and Section 702 of the Lake Elmo <br />Municipal Code and creates new Sections 701 and 702. <br />Complete copies are available for inspection or purchase in the City <br />Hall, 3800 Laverne Avenue N., Lake Elmo, Minneosta. <br />Mary Kueffner <br />Deputy City Clerk <br />March 17, 1988 <br />
