WHAT' IS OUR POSITION ON SECTION 32? <br />1. Dependent on financial risk. <br />2. Want stable borders --annexations stopped. <br />a) joint powers <br />b) borders can be redefined/borders not redefined <br />c) preservation of wet lands <br />3. Do nothing. <br />a) let land go <br />b) continue through courts <br />4. Continue opposition. <br />5. Install infrastructure at City expense. <br />6. Developers pay 100% <br />7. Split costs. <br />a) with Oakdale <br />b) Developers (% to be defined) <br />8. Sewer paid by Oakdale --Lake Elmo retains access. <br />a) Oakdale pay entire cost. <br />b) Oakdale charge hook-up to developers <br />9.
